This excellent dryer from Zanussi features an internal condenser and generous capacity.

The beauty of a condensing tumble dryer is that the excess warm air that contains the moisture extracted from your clothes is cooled down inside the unit and turned back into water. In vented tumble dryers, this hot air has to be released outdoors through a pipe or tube and this imposes restrictions on where you can put the machine (i.e. near a window or vent passing through an outside wall). These limitations don’t apply to this model and you’re free to place it where you want. It’s even small enough to fit under your kitchen worktops.

The drum holds up to 7 kg, which is ideal for most average-sized families. It’s important to note that you’ll need a tumble dryer with a capacity at least as big as your washing machine if you want to transfer your washing directly from one to the other.

The large door on the front of the Zanussi ZDP7206PZ makes filling-up and unloading the drum really easy.

The reverse tumble action helps to separate the clothes during the cycle and reduce creasing. This works well alongside the Easy Iron programme, which makes ironing your garments a breeze. With this dryer, your clothes will always look their best.
